I appreciated that the hotel was located within walking distance to local transportation, making it easy for me to get around the city. The cleanliness of the shared bathroom facilities was impressive, and I was grateful for the clean towels that were provided during my stay.

The lack of consistent cleaning of my room was somewhat disappointing, and I found myself having to switch out towels at the front desk multiple times. it was frustrating that the front desk agent was unwilling to allow a late checkout without additional charges despite my late flight out.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a great time! the first thing to notice is the excellent value for the money. the location is perfect for exploring the city with ease, and the shared kitchen is a great amenity for those who prefer to cook their own meals. the hotel offered bug spray, which was much appreciated during the warmer months.

Sadly, the customer service could use some improvement. the staff was not very helpful in answering questions.
